Travel Tips For Mumbai

The city of Mumbai is unique in a lot of ways. If you are a foreigner roaming about in your 'almost nude' outfits, you are sure to get a few looks. Here's what you need to keep in mind to make your travel safe and happy in Mumbai- always...and I mean always keep your gun with you...and cocaine, if possible...and preferably a butcher knife which would also come handy...

...Hahaha...just kidding...(If you thought I meant that, then you need to go and try to find a gun in this city)
...Infact that's the first no-no in Mumbai. Here even registered guns are not allowed to be carried in open most of the time. Also Mumbai is a place which is very safe... much much safer if you compare it with Australia or New York (After what has happened in Australia vis-a-vis the racial attacks, Mumbai is like a Yoga Ashram compared to these cities who have 'crime' written all over them)
In Mumbai, girls can roam about freely and safely through the day and also late in the night if they want to. (You can't stay up much late in the night anyway in Mumbai- 3 in the morn is the outer limit- after that the only places open are the cop stations).
One should try and roam in a group, if possible and you foreign blond girls...please try and keep those revealing outfits to the minimum...because guys in Mumbai are a frustrated lot (most of them do not have access to porn, you see), so they think a girl in a bikini or a short Tee is a porn star.
Not that guys do much except for ogling though, but still, it's better to be covered up a little bit. But it's hot here, isn't it? Well, check out the list and read 'what to wear in Mumbai'. You will be amazed to know what works better in hot weather than a bikini. The best part is...you do not need to have multiple wardrobes here. Buy one...wear through the year...that's Mumbai for you...a little crazy, yes...but mighty full of character where the slumdogs and the millionaires blend together to make this city a truly magnificent experience whether you are in transit or whether you live here.
